A standard MAMW site includes: Homepage, Program Pages (one per program — Kids, Adults, Little Ninjas, etc.), About page, Testimonials/Results page, Contact/Booking page, and FAQ page. If your school has specific needs — event pages, schedule page, belt system pages — we discuss these in the strategy call and scope accordingly.
Yes — your site will match your school's brand identity (colors, logo, fonts). We incorporate your existing brand assets. If your brand needs a refresh or you don't have strong brand assets yet, we can advise on that as part of the engagement.
Absolutely — and it's our top priority. We build mobile-first, meaning the mobile experience is designed and built first, then enhanced for larger screens. The trade-off is that you'll need us to make design changes — but most schools don't want to edit their own code anyway, and that's exactly what our ongoing support covers.
SEO & Hosting
It means we handle the on-page SEO foundation so your site can rank for local search terms like "martial arts [your city]," "kids karate near me," and "BJJ classes [your city]." Specifically: keyword research for your programs and location, optimized page titles and meta descriptions, heading structure, image alt text, schema markup (local business + FAQPage), Google Business Profile optimization guidance, sitemap and robots.txt setup. Note: this is the on-site SEO foundation. Ongoing link-building and content marketing are separate services available through MAMA.
Yes, hosting is included in your ongoing monthly fee. You get: fast shared or VPS hosting on cPanel, SSL certificate (HTTPS), DNS configuration, daily backups, uptime monitoring, and technical support. If you already have hosting through your domain registrar, we can deploy to your existing environment instead.
Not immediately — SEO takes time. Most schools start seeing meaningful organic traffic growth within 3–6 months of launch. The on-page SEO we build is the foundation; how fast you rank depends on your market's competition level, your domain age, and whether you're also building local citations and reviews. For faster results in a competitive market, pairing your MAMW site with MAMA's paid ads is the most effective combination.
Process & Timeline
Most schools launch within 3 weeks of the strategy call. Week 1: discovery and design. Week 2: build and your review. Week 3: revisions, technical setup, and launch. Timeline depends on how quickly you can provide photos and approvals — the faster you respond, the faster we deliver. We keep revision rounds focused (one structured round is included) to avoid back-and-forth delays.
About 2–3 hours total for the entire build: a 30-minute strategy call, a 60-minute discovery session, and one design review. After launch, monthly check-ins are 30 minutes. We do the heavy lifting — you focus on your school.
Post-launch edits are covered in your monthly support plan. Need to update your schedule, add a new program, or swap a photo? Just email us and we handle it. Larger redesigns or new pages are scoped and priced separately.
Pricing & Investment
Pricing is discussed on the strategy call because every school's needs are different. We offer a one-time build investment plus a monthly support and hosting fee. What we can tell you: our pricing is structured for small business school owners, not enterprise budgets, and most of our clients see ROI from new bookings within the first 6–8 weeks of launch. The build is a one-time project. The ongoing hosting and support is month-to-month after an initial 3-month period. We'd rather earn your continued business through results than lock you into a contract.
Yes — you own all the website files, domain, and content. It's clean HTML/CSS/JS with no proprietary lock-in. If you ever want to move to a different host or take the site in-house, you can. We give you full access to everything.
Working With MAMA
No — our sites are built with local SEO so they attract organic traffic on their own. Many of our clients get excellent results from organic search and referrals alone. That said, if you're running (or plan to run) paid ads through MAMA, a high-converting website dramatically improves your cost-per-lead and return on ad spend. The combination of great traffic + great website is the most powerful growth lever.
